Good family trip to Mazatlan
We just got back from El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel with the family. The kids loved the pool and we spent a lot of time on the beach. Getting the all inclusive dining plan was super convenient, didn't have to worry about food at all. It was a nice, relaxing vacation and everyone had a good time.

Detailed El Cid Ventus Ha experience
I booked a Riviera Maya all-inclusive package at El Cid Ventus Ha. The booking process online was straightforward, and I received immediate confirmation. Solid vacation, minor issue
Our stay at El Cid El Moro Beach Hotel was mostly great. We got a good deal on an ocean view room during a seasonal sale. The sport fishing charter we booked through them was a lot of fun. However, the airport transfer service, while convenient, took longer than expected because of a mix-up with another family's luggage. Customer service was responsive when we inquired about it, but it did cut into our arrival day a bit. The pools were lovely and the staff were friendly. Good value, just a small hiccup with the transfer.
